Scheurebe 2020 ART SERIES
An unbelievably unique dessert wine
Scheurebe is a lesser-known German grape varietal that produces some of the most lively and exciting white wines you'll ever try. Its parent is Riesling – which explains the fine acidity and the floral factor of the resulting wine. To no surprise, the clear majority of the world’s Scheurube is found in Germany. Dancing Water is one of the few vineyards in the world outside of Europe and the Napa Valley producing Scheurebe and our established vines combined with the perfect conditions have created a masterpiece.
Scheurebe wines are often a dessert in themselves they can be paired with a variety of cheeses, fruits and dessert. Richer, more intense cheeses such as blues like Gorgonzola and Roquefort are splendid partners for Scheurebe. Aged, hard cheeses—such as Parmigiano Reggiano—are also good picks. Lighter style, fruity desserts served cold and sweet freshly cut fruits are also a perfect end to an inspired meal.
