Dancing Water Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Waipara, North Canterbury
Grown in the Dancing Water vineyard in North Canterbury, this Fumé Sauvignon Blanc is a floral and complex barrel fermented wine. Hand harvested and fermented naturally in a variety of large and small French oak. This delicious wine has primary fruit aromas of passion fruit, lime jelly and white peach flesh. The palate is subtle and creamy backed by some fine acidity.
