Good to know
Can I change how often I get my box?
Yes. You can change your frequency from your member account, and your discount changes with it.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Pause a delivery or cancel your membership from your member account. If several deliveries in a row are skipped, the membership ends automatically.
How does the discount on other orders work?
Log in to your account before you shop, and your member discount and free shipping apply to the wines and gifts you order online.
When am I charged?
You pay for each box when it's due, at your member price.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in New Zealand, free. No PO Boxes, and allow an extra 2 days for rural addresses.

Gold medal - International Wine Spirit Competition (IWSC)
Dancing Water was one of only two NZ wine companies to be awarded a gold medal at the 2025 IWSC, the Oscars of the wine industry globally. As well as the Blanc De Noir winning gold, Dancing Water also received silver and bronze medals for the Central Otago Rosé and Georgie Rosé respectively. A first for NZ Rosé.
