Blanc De Noir 2024 - Central Otago - Summer Series (NEW LAYOUT)

Blanc de Noir, meaning “white from black’ is Rosé’s slightly plusher, fancier, and more complex cousin.

With a blush of pale pink, this delightful wine draws you in with aromas of strawberries and cream, wrapped in hints of white flowers and a touch of creamed chocolate. On the palate, it’s texture is dry, vibrant and light on its feet, but with the power to last and last.

Serve as an apéritif or pair with seafood or lighter proteins.
• Excellent now, but a keeper if you decide to cellar.
• Aromatically fermented using Pinot Noir grapes.
